Upon meeting Danielle and Neil, I could immediately tell they are both an adventurous and creative couple. They warned be right away that I would be shooting a Halloween wedding. The idea of a Halloween Themed wedding can really hammer home the point "till death do us part."
Their Halloween themed wedding was in the evening with the sun going down early so the moody candlelight and lanterns were in full effect. Their Hallowedding was the ultimate expression of spooky romance. Danielle wore a black laced up dress and a stylish birdcage veil. Neil wore a purple body armour type jacket with shoulder plates and a black bow tie. His costume was a killer.
All the guests dressed to match the Hallowedding extravaganza. Decorations included pumpkins from jack o’ lantern table, costumes, rustic wood and a modern crowned skull of deep, rich jewel tones with natural elements such as real flowers to give the decorations an untamed vibe
The ceremony was more Hocus Pucus than The Walking Dead and included playful activities and entertainment. It incorporated Magician Keith Leff, performance by Kansas City Burlesque, and the dancefloor was packed to different mashups by DJ Eric.
Here are a few highlights I captured at Danielle’s and Neil’s Hallowedding:
