Every ceremony that I go to as a Kansas City wedding photographer reinforces my idea of love. Clicking those lovely moments and creating a collage of them – it is something I will never be bored of. In fact, it drives my zeal further, so I can do a better job every time.
The gorgeous couple – Eva and Jeff – was ready to seal their bond of love in an intimate ceremony. I knew the bride personally, as we had taken the same MBA classes in Michigan. It really means a lot to me that she asked me to be her official wedding photographer. The ceremony was held in Pasco, Washington. Eva opted for a subtle hairdo, with her brunette locks cascading over her shoulders. Her gown was stunning, which she chose to pair with white stilettos. Jeff was handsome and dapper in a tux with an eye-catching floral lapel pin.
Look at the sheer happiness and joy radiating from their faces as they exchange rings.
The rings were simple silver wedding bands – in fact, the entire event was deliberately kept low-key, as the couple didn’t want a hullabaloo.
Next comes that moment everyone waits for with bated breath – the minister pronouncing them as man and wife. The kiss that followed was passionate and beautiful – I hope I did justice to the picture.
The cuisine at the reception was amazing with an assortment of fruit and cheese platters, which was delicious.
Eva and Jeff were interacting with the guests – look how pleased grandma is while talking to the lovely couple. The bride stepping out from this car had a very retro feel to it – I clicked it in black and white to retain the vintage vibe.
It seems the couple can’t keep their hands off each other – I spotted them sneaking in kisses when they thought no one was looking, but as a Kansas City wedding photographer, I have enough experience to watch out for these very moments! In fact, they couldn’t stop kissing while eating cake too.
Awww, it seems Eva and Jeff were in a very jokey mood – look how she plays peek-a-boo with her husband under the gazebo. This particular click is one of my favorites as it shows their fun side.
I wanted to get a few candids, so I asked them to pose casually – after all, a wedding can’t be complete without a few exclusive pictures of the couple.
